To be obliged by all the laws, regulations and instructions regulating the companies regulated by the FSA and the legal profession in the Sultanate of Oman.
To be obliged to provide all statements and information the FSA requires.
I shall report to the FSA if the firm lacks any of the requirements of accreditation stipulated in Article (176) of the said regulation.
